What is fistula? Obstetric fistula is a hole in the birth canal caused by prolonged labour without prompt medical intervention, usually a Caesarean section. The woman is left with chronic incontinence and, in most cases, a stillborn baby.
You can help by eating at a local restaurant and asking them to donate a percentage of their profits to the cause. Find out about this and others things you can do to help.
